Week 50, 2025 — Fifty!

I had a light-ish work load, a few catch-up calls with friends, and a beautiful Emotions at Work alumni session on emotional regulation. Otherwise stayed home, mostly in bed with a weird, stomach upset. Back at 90% as of Sunday, thankfully.

I dipped in to a few chapters of Peter Block’s “The Answer to How Is Yes”, which I reach for from time to time. And listening to Amber Ruffin and her sister Lacey Lamar’s “You'll Never Believe What Happened to Lacey: Crazy Stories about Racism”.
