Personal coaching

I take on a limited number of clients for one-on-one coaching engagements.

My clients tend to request coaching to support some kind of change in their professional life, with a readiness to tackle inner work as part of that process.

What it looks like: I offer weekly or bi-weekly 50min session in a 8-session arc, on topics of your choosing. If you’re wanting to make changes but finding it hard to hear yourself think, this support structure could be the unlock you need. All sessions are over Zoom, weekdays-only, fees on a sliding scale and open for discussion.

Curious? Send over a few lines about what’s on your mind and let’s see what we might work out!

Group coaching

Emotions at Work is an online group coaching program that I host with my friend and fellow coach Oriana LaVilla to help our clients develop their emotional literacy and unlock higher professional satisfaction and growth.

Learn to work with emotions – yours, theirs, and ours – to transform how you connect, lead, collaborate, communicate and trust.

Wondering if coaching is for you?

Coaching will be beneficial if you’re seeking some kind of change in your personal and professional growth. You are never too “junior” or “senior” to benefit from coaching. The timing is ripe when you feel ready to try on new concepts or different ways of doing things, and put in the work needed to make change happen.

No prior experience or knowledge is required, including knowing exactly what you want to explore. As your coach, my commitment is on your wellbeing and asking powerful questions so that new interpretations may emerge.

About me as a coach

Pursuing a path of personal change shifted how I relate with others—an ongoing journey that brought me to coaching. I am committed to supporting my clients to listen and act upon the quiet signals that come from within.
